Simple Low Carb Baked And Broiled Juicy Pork Chops
Low carb baked and broiled juicy pork chops are marinated in a simple combination of herbs and seasonings and then baked and then broiled to create a beautiful crust.
Mix all of the ingredients in a large metal bowl except the meat. When fully mixed, add in the pork chops flipping them around to coat them in the marinade. Cover and put in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes to a few hours.
Place the pork chops on a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Drizzle with any left over marinade.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, flip and cook another 5 minutes.
Turn on the broiler, move the pan to an upper oven rack and broil for about 5 minutes until golden brown for a crispy coating.
Check that the internal temperature of the pork chops has reached 145 degrees. For best results, let rest 3 minutes before serving.

-Avocado oil is a great alternative to olive oil.-A garlic butter sauce is also a tasty addition to these pork chops.A cast-iron skillet is the best type of baking dish - perfect if you are making just one or two pork chops.
